Designer's notes
The classic X-bench evolves to an elongated shape, far different from its original c.1500s beginnings as a simple stool. Updated to complement any decorating style from contemporary to traditional, the extended bench gets its custom look from a sophisticated mix of suede-polyester fabric in periwinkle grey with silver nail head detail. The fully upholstered seat is ideal at the foot of the bed, in living or family room. Versatile accent chair ideal for the den or any living space, comes readily assembled.

Care & Cleaning

To prevent overall soiling, frequent vacuuming or light brushing is recommended. Spot clean, using a mild water-free solvent or dry cleaning product. Only a professional cleaner should undertake a complete overall cleaning. The use of steam or water-based cleaners may cause excessive shrinking or staining. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Never use oiled or treated cloths on lacquered finishes. Some finishes can be wiped with a damp (not wet) cloth, followed at once by rubbing with a dry cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges. For persistent spots, gently clean with a soft cloth and a solution of water and mild soap, make sure to wipe dry.
